  PLEASE NOTE: The Following Update is for Aspirants VOTERS/SUPPORTERS that were not in School during the MANIFESTO WEEK and for those that had requested HEC PRESS Feedback due to fact that they had Lecture that day and couldn't attend the MANIFESTO PROGRAMME . It's also an OPPORTUNITY for the Aspirants to Communicate themselves EFFECTIVELY  as some were not Priviledged to unleash their AGENDA/MANIFESTO due to the Limited TIME alloted to them the day they manifested.
